ANOTHER Message from New York

New york 4

ANOTHER letter released by New York this afternoon:

Dear Friends,

I realize many of you tuned in for the final episode last night and I can’t help but feel so blessed to have your unconditional love and support. I can proudly say that NY fans are among the most intelligent, diverse, top-notch group of people out there.

Please remember that the taping of the final episode was
5 months ago, just like in Flavor of Love 1. I did have a little trip, but that was very short lived. For those of you who know my character, I am very calculating with my career and recover quite quickly from life’s mishaps. Since Flavor of Love, I have moved on to even “bigger and better things”. I am very excited about the secret projects that I have been working on these past months and I hope you guys will be there with me for the ride!

There are a lot of “under the table” secrets when it comes to reality TV. That is just the nature of the industry and it should be taken for entertainment purposes only. We all know reality can be distorted, especially when a lot of money is on the line and ratings is the top priority. There are so many secrets about this industry I wish I could reveal, however, I am still bound by contract to keep my mouth shut.(maybe I will get the chance to reveal these secrets on the Tyra Banks show one day :)

One thing is for sure. The love and support from my fans is so much more important to me than winning a reality TV show. I would rather be in my position right now than both the winners from Flavor of Love 1 & 2. Making quick dollars through club promoting and hosting parties is not really my thing. I am more interested in the long haul and it is my intention to be around for a very long time.

There is a saying in life that goes “sometimes the winner isn’t the one that walks away with the crown.” This quote is very true for me, as you will all see in the coming months.

Love Always,

~TIFFANY AKA NY

P.S. — Stay tuned for the reunion show where I will reveal my “secret”

We’re pretty confident that she’s referring to her new show “The Flavorette” (read story)

The Flavorette

New York3

As haterism.com reported two weeks ago (read story), New York (Flavor’s two-time jump off) is set to star in her own VH1 reality dating series called “The Flavorette” - a spin-off of Flavor of Love - The New York Post (how appropriate) interviewed New York (aka Tiffany Patterson) today - check it out:

“These guys are so dramatic,” Patterson was quoted in The New York Post. “They’re worse than the women who were on season one and season two [of “Flavor of Love”]. This show is so chaotic, it’s overboard, it’s over-the-top, it’s extreme and these guys know they’re fighting for a wonderful woman so they’ve been at each other’s throats and I’m flattered by it. I can’t complain.”

While VH1 has not yet determined when to premiere “Flavorette,” it’s expected that the show will air sometime in 2007. It’s also safe to say that Patterson is finding the competition much more appealing the third time around.

“I like it when the guys go at each other,” she said. “I’m a prize, I’m so worth it - frankly, it turns me on.”

With only three contestants remaining, production is nearing an end and it is looking like New York may finally have a happy ending in store.

“There’s one man in particular that I can definitely see myself living out the rest of my life with,” Patterson told the Post.

VH1’s decision to cast Patterson in a spinoff seems a logical choice, given her popularity with fans of the show and the constant controversy between herself and the other contestants on both seasons of “Flavor of Love.”

“I would tell all those other women who gave me a hard time [on the show] that I want them to eat their hearts out,” Patterson said. “They should just know that you cannot ever hold a good woman down, I’m doing my thing and I’m a real star, I was born a star, baby, and everyone needs to know that!”

Patterson’s New York persona seemed to brush many of the ladies the wrong way, but things got particularly ugly in one elimination ceremony when she was spit on by another contestant - who has since claimed to be set up by producers who added special effects to increase the drama.

“It was real, and it was a bad moment,” says New York. “To me, that person is a farm animal, she was bred, she was born in a stable of some sort.”

A Message From New York

New York2

Hey Everyone,

I don’t think we’ve ever been formally introduced. My name is Tiffany Patterson, most of you know me as “New York” from VH1’s Flavor of Love reality TV show. You know that girl that people think is stuck up and hate on at first glance because she seems to have this aura of confidence about herself, but once you get to know her, she’s really one cool ash cat? Well I fit right into that category. Sometimes, you can’t always judge a book by its cover. One thing that many people are surprised to find is that I can be pretty down to earth and not the drama queen bitch that was portrayed on the show. Sometimes, we tend to forget that reality shows are almost always edited. Its about learning how to separate reality from acting.

Attn all N.Y. fans & supporters:

I would like to take the time to personally thank all of you who stuck through with me, through thick and thin, since the very beginning. Your kind words of inspiration is what has helped me keep going t’ill this day. . .=)

Please know that if I do not respond to your message, it is not because I am ignoring them. I am currently in southern California pursueing some projects and working on my acting career, so please understand that this is a very hectic time for me. Initially, I was doing my best to get back to each single person, but things have gotten out of hand. I receive hundreds of messages a day and its become impossible to write back to everybody. I do read each and every single one of my messages and once in while reply back to people’s comment box. I got mad love for all y’all ~Take Care & God Bless. . .

Flavor of Love 2 - Season Finale Rundown

Deelish

Haterism.com readers knew it all along - Deelishis walked away with Flavor’s heart (read story) and all is well in the universe - here’s what went down:

The season finale of Flavor of Love 2 started where the last episode (’Family Flavors’ - an episode where the three finalists invited their families to meet Flavor) left off, with Krazy and the parents of New York and Deelishis leaving the mansion.

Flavor announced that New York and Deelishis will be joining him in Belize to go on final one-on-one dates and to attend the last elimination clock ceremony to discover the winner of Flavor of Love 2.

Meanwhile, New York’s parents are outside filming an exit interview when evil once again comes over Momma New York (Miss Michelle) - she cuts the interview short and storms back into the mansion. Momma New York pounds on Flavor’s suite door until he answers. She informs Flav that she will be taking New York back home with her and out of his clutches. Miss Michelle then finds New York in her room and grabs her arm to pull her out of the mansion. New York protests and her mother leaves empty handed - not before returning to Flav’s suite to threaten him and once again getting kicked out of the house - with New York heckling her mother while she left to make certain to show Flav her allegiance to “her man”.

New York and Deelishis are then on their way off to Belize (or as Flav would say - Beeeeeeeeeellllllliiiiiiiiiiiiizzzzeeeeeeeeeee) in a private jet. They touch down and take another plane to an even more isolated island - the setting for the showdown between his girls. Flavor informs the women that he will be dating Deelishis that day and New York tomorrow. Of course, New York flips out and begins one of her infamous manic attacks when she hears that she has to wait until tomorrow to see “her man”. New York taunts Deelishis as she gets ready for her date and climbs on every piece of furniture in the hotel room attempting to spy on Deelishis and Flav as they leave.

Flavor sweeps Deelishis away to a private beach where he has setup a tent with dozens of pillows and blankets - a comfortable place where they make out for what seems like hours. They then unlock lips and hips long enough to receive massages. Flav and Deelishis change outfits and go to dinner. Flavor questions Deelishis’s love for him and Deelishis questions Flavor’s sincerity in making his selection the next night - asking, “Is your choice tomorrow based on your true feelings or what’s best for television?”. Flav assures her that his choice is on the real.

The perfect date isn’t over just yet! Deelishis follows Flavor to his room for a “night cap”. She experiences a “wardrobe malfunction” and is unable to get out of her dress. Flav comes to the rescue with a knife and cuts curvy Dee out of her clothes which leads to a cut-away and the sounds of love.

The next morning Flav and Deelishis wake up to sweet words and a promise from Flav that she will see him tomorrow night at eliminations. Dee walks to her room where New York is waiting to taunt her once again - offering her breakfast while trying to break her down. Fortunately, Deelishis is a strong woman who doesn’t back down to New York and she isn’t successful in getting into Dee’s head.

It’s New York’s turn - she is a nervous wreck getting prepared for Flav. Flav arrives and takes New York to the marina to board a boat, where they begin to frolic on the deck immediately. They go on to share champagne and talk - or what will turn out to be sealing the deal for Flav. New York is possessed by her mother and tells Flavor that she is already planning their future and that she’ll be in full control of his life - SCHREEECH! - that was enough to set Flavor off and he tells her off. Flav is very clear that nobody runs his life and that he wears the pants in any relationship - New York argues, then apologizes (sort of) - not before she gets Flav so steamed that he dives in the ocean with all his clothes on - he just had to get away from New York.

New York knows that she may of just jeopardized any chance she had to win and although deathly afraid of the water, dives in with a life jacket and proceeds to almost drown to try to show Flav her loyalty - Flav lets an instructor save her and looks on in disgust.

Flavor does take New York to dinner where she succeeds in winning him over a bit by proclaiming her love for him and apologizing once again for her outburst on the boat. Flav is concerned that she’s just like her momma - but New York claims that she isn’t and asks Flavor to trust her.

After dinner, Flavor invites New York back to her room. While flav takes a loooonnnnng bathroom break, New York has second thoughts about giving herself to Flav once again, remembering that the strategy didn’t work on the first season - so she tells Flavor that she wants to go back to her room and that she’s saving her love until after eliminations. Flav shrugs and walks her back to her room - perhaps gaining some respect for New York (he didn’t seem too upset at all). About 10 minutes later, New York runs back to Flav’s room and they get it on.

New York and Flav lounge together the next morning - sweet words all around (in patented Flavor Flav style). It’s time for New York to go back to her room and get ready for the elimination ceremony TONIGHT!

New York AGAIN attempts to taunt Deelishis but it ain’t working - Dee is just too strong. The girls put on dresses that Flav sent over and it’s off to eliminations!

The rain is falling and the thunder is clasping - the girls stand on a lagoon dock waiting for Flav and his decision. Weaves are getting wet and makeup is running - but the girls are focused. Flav arrives with a serious look on his face and a no-nonsense demeanor. He turns to Deelishis and states how much fun he has with her and how she has always been down for him. Flav turns to New York and tells her that he made the right decision by bringing her back this season and that he loves her. He turns back to Deelishis and scolds her about asking him if his decision was real or based on TV ratings. He then turns to New York and chastises her for being like her mother on the boat and thinking that she can run his life …

“And that’s why your time is up New York!”, Flav informs … … …

ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE! New York flips the F out and bum rushes Flavor - she gets right up in his face and screams that she can’t believe that he did this to her TWICE - she tells Flav to go F himself and that he was right, she IS just like her mother. New York then lifts her dress to show Flav her ass and exclaims “You will never touch this again!”. Flav screams right back that she is crazy and that nobody runs Flavor Flav and tells her to get the F off the island! Flav thanks New York for confirming his decision and they go back and forth with a few more “F You!”s while New York walks away.

Things calm down and Deelishis gets to celebrate her win of Flav’s heart. They kiss and caress - then Flav presents her with her very own set of Golden Chompers - which she gleefully accepts. The camera zooms away as the lovers embrace.

We then enjoy a sneak peek of next week’s reunion show - fights, fights and more fights - we’ll report more on that later - for now, let’s congratulate Deelishis and Flav!
