The US Government has Wesley Snipes cornered with charges of defrauding the IRS. Wesley apparently hasn’t files his taxes in quite some time AND has presented fraudulent claims for payment.

He has been indicted on EIGHT charges - each carrying a hefty FIVE YEAR prison stay.

UPDATE: Wesley has a warrent out for his arrest today- and he owes over $12,000,000!!

It’s been a bad morning for Fabolous - he was shot in the thigh outside of a P Diddy party held at Justin’s Restaurant by an unidentified man who approached Fabo (who was with his crew of three) and began to open fire.

The shooter escaped while Fabolous was rushed into a white Dodge Magnum and rushed away, blazing through red lights - getting the attention of NYPD who pulled over the Magnum and arrested all four occupants - including the injured Fabolous - after finding a 9mm and .40 caliber handgun in the car - unregistered and loaded.

Fabo’s crew went straight to jail - Fabolous was brought to an area hospital where he is in stable condition and should be released and processed for arrest any minute now.
