Lil Wayne (who is out on bond from an August drug charge) is about to face charges stemming from an incident at his Thursday night concert in Baltimore. Lil’s crew threw fistfuls of cash into the audience (mostly dollar bills) causing a rush to the stage which injured 4 women - 2 women with leg injuries, a woman who fainted and a woman with minor scratches.
