After missing his 11th performance of Broadway musical “Chicago“, where Usher plays lead role Billy Flynn, he has pulled from the production all together citing a severe condition of strep throat. Since Friday, Usher has been a no show which has hurt ticket sales with several refund requests.
Usher was supposed to wrap up his engagement this weekend (on Usher’s 28th Birthday) - his understudy will complete the run.
We like Ruben - he seems like a good guy, so we’re going to forgo all the obvious jokes - in fact, Ruben’s weight got to be no laughing matter at all a few months ago when he was fast approaching 400+ pounds! His family and friends held an intervention and he agreed to check into a clinic (Duke Weight Management Center) where doctors encouraged him to cut out meat from his diet.
