Snoop Dogg Surrenders

Snoop Dogg turned himself in to Orange County officials this morning after a warrent has been out for his arrest since Thursday. Dogg is being charged with possession of a deadly weapon stemming from an incident at John Wayne Airport where he attempted to carry a 24″ baton aboard in a laptop bag (great cover, Snoop - it’s totally believable that you use Excel).
Snoop showed up in a purple Porsche with a bodyguard and attorney and was quickly processed - then released on bail. He was in good spirits as he exited the courthouse - signing autographs on the way out.
Dogg’s spokeswoman, Meredith O’Sullivan commented, “Snoop was promptly released on bail and welcomes an expedited trial which will reveal that these charges are completely unwarranted.” Bail was set at $150,000.
