Lauryn Hill Not Paying Bills

The bill for Lauryn Hill flushing her career down the toilet has arrived and she ain’t paying it! Ms. Hill owes the City of South Orange over $1,200 for “sewage services” which the city has been attempting to collect for over 6 months - $1,200! Damn, girl! Get off the pot and stop stalling the Fugees reunion!
